New Year s Eve night join us as the very talented Rusty Clark comes to Taps to set up ringing in the new year in downtown Kingsport! Music starts at 8pm and will go until 11pm. We will close Model City Tap House at 11:30pm so everyone can join the festivities on Broad street to welcome 2017!
