This workshop will increase your flexibility and your strength. We will work on flexibility of the whole body, targeting the areas of shoulders, hips (yes, this means working towards splits), the back, and how your body moves through space. These movements will all be performed with a high regard to safety. This workshop is suitable for ALL level and ALL ages. Rhianna s professional acting experience includes shows with Tecumseh! Outdoor Drama, Prairie Fire Children s Theatre, the Public Theatre, Marin Shakespeare Company, and three years working as a tour actor educator for National Theatre for Children. Most recently, she has performed as a singing clown with Teatro C art in Italy and as part of an ensemble company with Familie Floz in Germany. Rhianna holds Pilates Mat and Apparatus Instructor Certification and has also trained extensively in Aerial Silks practice and performance with Craig Lewis, Andrew Hartnagel, Laura Witwer, and Heather Hammond. In addition, Rhianna completed a two-month Circus Intensive at Scuola di Circo FLIC in Italy, where she received training in Contortion Stretching from Elena Timpanaro and training in Aerial Silks, Trapeze, and Lyra from Elia Aymon and Stevie Boyd.

There are TWO entry level referee training classes being offered in the Northeast Tennessee District this winter. Both will follow the new ONE DAY in class format, which requires several hours of online prework to be done in preparation for the one day class. Cost of the class is $75, which includes all training materials and badge. Fees can be paid online during registration via credit card or an option can be selected to delay payment until the day of the in class session using cash check.
