Barter Theatre
Starting in January, join Barter Theatre and Damascus Brewery or Studio Brew for Comedy Improv and Beer Nights! You've seen the popular TV show, "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" and now you can learn improv for yourself at one of two local breweries with a six week long, course from the pros at Barter Theatre. Improv comedy fundamentals paired with local brews makes for the perfect Tuesday night! Learn improv skills such as: 1. the "yes and...." mentality 2. active listening 3. trusting instincts and letting go of judgment 4. how to create something out of nothing Ease your way into improv with a variety of craft beers. This "course" will fill up fast! Make plans to join in us in the tasting room today. Don't forget to invite your friends to check you out at the end of the course! On February 28, we'll bring in the audience to show off your skills!
