Creating Miracles Meditation Series: The New Year is a wonderful time to begin afresh and let go of the old. Breathing in new energy to turn your fear into love. In other words, create miracles for yourself. Discover how stillness opens up space for miracles in your life. In this meditation based series, learn how to create a daily routine for yourself , mantras to address your goals, and tools for self care that encourages a miracle mindset. Be prepared for a new you that is balanced, focused, creative, and full of love and above all be prepared for miracles to happen. Megan Atkinson, a dedicated meditation and yoga practitioner, will lead students through this series. When: Sunday evenings in January (after Slow Flow & Yin) 6:15 pm — 7:15 pm Students must preregister for this series to participate. A minimum of six students must sign up before the start of the first class for the program to run. This series is designed to set the tone for your 2017 year. Come learn with others who wish to be the advocates for, and creators of, positive change in their own lives. If you plan on attending, please sign up at the front desk or online.
