The September edition of the Capitol Theatre Bluegrass Revival series features Wilson Banjo Co.. Wilson Banjo Co. is a hard driving Bluegrass band from South Carolina, founded by Steve Wilson, Banjo picker & Master Luthier. Steve not only picks the banjo but builds Custom Wilson Banjo s and performs Vintage Guitar Repairs & Restoration. The band was initially formed to promote the custom banjos, but has since taken on a life of its own. This group of well-seasoned musicians have garnered significant airplay on bluegrass radio. Their sound is presented just the wayfans of traditional bluegrass music would want, with superb instrumentals and great vocals.
