You MUST PREREGISTER for this class! Jeremiah Brown is a 500 hr RYT making his home in the High Country. Being a carpenter and musician, he brings these skills together to offer Crystal Singing Bowl accompaniment for his asana classes. The singing bowls offer a deep relaxation element that help you get more intimate with yourself throughout your practice. The emphasis in his classes focuses on deepening the relationship between the intentional breath and the intentional movement of the body.

ANYONE CAN JOIN! This is a mixed media painting. The colors don t show very well on the example, but you can do any color along with gold or sliver anchor. I do have a pattern for tracing an achor for this event! :) Cost is only $15 for Eastman Employees and friends. Please sign up by today by sending an email or message to reserve your spot. Cash is accepted the day of the event. As always we will provide the 16x20 canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, wire, ribbon, and, of course, excellent instruction!

New to ArtCurious for the Summer... Single clay classes just to let you play in clay. Low commitment. Take one class. Make a cool piece of pottery. Love it. Repeat. OR just pick a project and participate in that class! Starting with a juice cup the first week, then a ice cream snack bowl the next week, then a breakfast plate the next week, then a mini-planter. Then we start the cycle again. Make one for yourself, make another for a friend. June 27 s project is a breakfast plate. $40 per class includes instruction, supplies and 1 finished pottery piece. The home-opener is Sunday, June 25, against the rival Johnson City Cardinals at Hunter Wright Stadium. The regular season concludes on Thursday, August 31 against the Elizabethton Twins at home. To help celebrate the Kingsport spirit and the City&rsquo s 100th year, the KMets will take part in Kingsport&rsquo s centennial celebration on Sunday June 25, the first home game of the season. In honor of the City, the KMets will change their name for that game to the &ldquo Kingsport Spirit&rdquo and wear special centennial jerseys celebrating the milestone. The game starts at 4:00 p.m
