It will be directed by Laura O Bryan and will include school shows and public performances at the ARTspace. In this LGBT Self-Defense Workshop, you will learn tecniques for: Increaseing Awareness Defining Your Space & Setting Boundaries De-escalateingPotential Confrontations Breaking Holds Striking & Kicking Mental & Emotional Health This workshop will be at Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center in Johnson City on Saturday, February 4th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. The workshop is $20 a person, and it will be due February 4th at Lifestyle s front desk. You may choose to pay in advance. If you are not a member of Lifestyles, please come 10 minutes in advance to fill out a health profile. Limited space is availble.
