Learn self-defense techniques taught by a woman for women. In this Women's Self-Defense Workshop, you will learn how to: * Increase Awareness of Your Surroundings * Define Your Space * De-escalate Potential Confrontations * Break Holds * Strike and Kick * Fight from the Ground This workshop will be at Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center in JC Saturday, October 14th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center is located at 316 Marketplace Blvd. Suite 10 Johnson City, TN 37602 The workshop is FREE and open to the public. You do not have to be a Lifestyle's member to attend. If you are not a member of Lifestyles, please come 10 minutes in advance to fill out a health profile.
